Our products
We offer art prints and other products made to order through our print partner. A canvas, framed canvas or framed poster is a printed reproduction, rather than an original painting. Product listings describe the available sizes, materials, finishes and frame options. Select the exact option you want and review its preview before checkout.
Product photographs may show styled rooms and are not a scale guide. Measurements shown in the selected product options take priority over the apparent size in a room mockup. Colour and composition can vary with screen settings, print materials and product proportions; this does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially misdescribed.
Orders and payment
You are responsible for entering accurate order, contact and delivery details and for having permission to use the payment method you select. You must be legally able to enter the purchase agreement, or have an authorised adult place the order for you.
The confirmation email records the order received. If a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or we identify a material listing error, we will contact you about the available options and refund any amount due for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted price without your agreement.
Payment is required before production is released. When online payments are available, they are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. A method explicitly labelled as a test collects no payment and does not authorise fulfilment of a test order.
Prices, currency and shipping
Prices and delivery charges are in USD, including Canadian orders. The checkout summary shows the selected items, shipping charge, any applied discount and any tax collected by the store. A bank or payment provider may separately apply conversion fees. Any third-party import charges are described in our Shipping policy.
Standard US and Canadian shipping is US$5.99 for regular items or US$19.99 once per order if any wall art or rugs are included. There is no automatic free-shipping spend threshold. The final checkout charge is shown before you place the order.
Production and delivery
Items are made after an order is accepted, payment is confirmed and it is released to production. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Estimated timing, tracking, split shipments and delivery issues are explained in Shipping. Tell us before ordering if you need an item for a fixed date.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible. Our Returns & Exchanges policy explains made-to-order exclusions, damaged or incorrect items, refunds and how to request help. These terms and policies do not exclude or restrict any consumer guarantee, cancellation right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Accounts, reviews and acceptable use
Keep account credentials private and notify us if you suspect misuse. You may purchase as a guest where that option is offered. Reviews must reflect your experience, respect other people’s privacy and avoid unlawful or abusive content. We may remove spam or content that breaches these rules. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders.
Artwork and website content
Website content and artwork may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork, resell copies, remove rights notices or use the brand commercially. Rights remain with their respective holders.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes order information, fulfilment partners, payments, analytics and your choices. External websites linked from the store have their own terms and privacy practices.
Updates and applicable rights
The version shown when you order applies to that order. We may update these terms for future use as the store changes. Applicable Ontario and Canadian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections in the place where a customer lives. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
